Filipino Animator Gets Emmy

Quoting a report from the Philippine consulate general in Los Angeles, the DFA said Jess has Espanola Emmy won the 2008 Award for Outstanding Animated Program (for programming less than one hour) given by the Academy of Television, Arts and Sciences for his work on The Simpsons - Eternal Moonshine Of The Simpson Mind. America award-giving body for the best work in television has honored a Filipino entertainer, the Department of Foreign Affairs said Friday in a statement.
